> FRENCH PLANT GENOMIC RESOURCE CENTERA Biological Resource Centre dedicated to plant genomes Set up by INRA in 2004, the French Plant Genomic Resources Centre (CNRGV) is responsible for preserving and maintaining plant genomic resources produced in the context of major projects by internationally-renowned laboratories. The CNRGV is a non-for-profit service centre for plant genomic resources. It is not only a repository centre for all these plant genomic libraries but also a service provider dedicated to the scientific community. The CNRGV holds the most relevant BAC and cDNA collections from top public-sector laboratories and private laboratories for model and cultivated plants: Arabidopsis thaliana, Medicago truncatula, tomato, wheat, pepper, grapevine, rapeseed, maize, pea and sunflower. The CNRGV is both a reference centre for plant genomics and a service-provider for the study of genomic libraries.
