A Biological Resource Centre dedicated to plant genomes

Set up by INRA in 2004, the French Plant Genomic Resources Centre (CNRGV) is responsible for preserving and maintaining plant genomic resources produced in the context of major projects by internationally-renowned laboratories. CNRGV is a repository centre for all these plant genomic libraries and also a service provider dedicated to the scientific community.

CNRGV welcomes Danilo Augusto Sforça and Monica Conte. The aim of their project is the caracterization of five genomic regions associated with genes of interest to reveal the allelic organization among different hom(e)ologous regions; and also to identify markers (SSR and SNP) through the sequencing.
