During her third year of PhD in Biology in the Sciences and Mathematics Faculty (Tunis),
Makhloufi Emna joined the CNRGV technical team for a period of six months from June to November 2012.
Her laboratory is interested in studying genes involved in the resistance of abiotic stress in durum wheat. The aim of her project is to better characterise genes belonging to the AP2/ERF transcription factors family. She will perform the screening of a Durum wheat BAC library to isolate BACs carrying these genes of interest.
